Annie Mist Thorisdottir, from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She coaches and trains at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is also co-owner. Annie was the first female ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. Her second place was both in the year 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelander weightlifter, CrossFit athlete and a media celebrity is one of the CrossFit athlete from Iceland. The first female to win at the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. She is also known as having been the winner of the Dubai Fitness Competition in both the year 2013 as well as 2017. Annie was born and raised in Iceland's Reykjavik area together with her parents and siblings. In 2014, Annie received a Silver medal and most recently, in 2021, she took home a Bronze Medal in the CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches with her team at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. As she has gained more recognition as an athlete, Annie is a model of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae and many others. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her self-titled Youtube Channel, where training videos as well as travel and family videos are shared.
