Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik in Iceland. She is the owner and operator of Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she coaches athletes. Annie has the distinction of being only one woman ever to win at the CrossFit Games two times. In 2010, she finished second. Annie Thorisdottir - an Icelandic weightlifter and CrossFit competitor and media star is one of the CrossFit athlete from Iceland. She has gained fame for being the only woman who has ever won twice at CrossFit Games: in 2011 and 2012. In addition, she is known for taking home in the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born and raised in Iceland's Reykjavik area along with her parents and siblings. Being an avid sportsman and exercising enthusiast since at an early age, Annie participated in a variety of school sports and was awarded numerous medals. She participated for the first time in 2009 in CrossFit Games in California, where she did well. Annie Thorisdottir has 31 years older (as in 2021). She is 5' 7 tall and weighs approximately 67 kg. Annie began her CrossFit journey in California in 2009. Annie was able to do very well in the initial games. She was among the the top 10 out of more than 70. However, she was unable to get any results from the tournament, and ended the tournament with a score of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She placed 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's supervision. It was in her second year, she participated in her second CrossFit Games. Due to her incredible performance she became the first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. Annie was the first woman to ever win in consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to the extraordinary performance. Also, in 2014, she received a Silver medal and most recently in 2021 she took home a Bronze Medal in the CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. As she has gained more recognition as an athlete Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae among many others. Her own Youtube channel, which is called "Annie", with over 1000 viewers. It is the channel where she uploads videos about eating habits, parenting and travel.
