David Muir, an American journalist who anchors the ABC News magazine 20 years old, is most well-known as the co-anchor for World News Tonight With David Muir. The most-watched newscast in America is his show featuring dramatic video clips and animated gestures. Made In America, his Emmy award-winning show, is yet another one of his accomplishments. Prior to his appointment as anchor of ABC World News Tonight he was the primary substitute anchor for his former anchor Diane Sawyer. He covered a number of evening ABC News specials, including Breaking Point - Heroin in America. He has covered news around the globe, including in Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti. He received numerous Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards as well as awards from The Associated Press.
